Eric B.
Eric holds a degree in Education, Sociology, and Gender Studies from Boston University.
Originally from Hartford, CT, Eric has taught in both Boston and Los Angeles, including at a middle school on the block where he grew up. With experience in special education and progressive schools, he emphasizes personalized learning and inclusive, accessible curriculum.
Outside of education, Eric is a published writer on tabletop games like Dungeons & Dragons and Arkham Horror, and he has spoken internationally on the educational value of games. His lessons often include gamified elements to make learning creative and engaging.
When he’s not teaching, Eric enjoys snowboarding, gaming, and flying small aircraft as a licensed amateur pilot.
