Emily brings over seven years of tutoring and teaching experience to her work with students. She earned her Master’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Minnesota and graduated with honors from Carleton College with a degree in Biology.
With a strong academic background spanning both the sciences and humanities, Emily supports students across a variety of subjects, with particular expertise in Biology, English, and Psychology.
Emily’s experience as a Writing Consultant and graduate Teaching Assistant has shaped her individualized approach to tutoring. She takes the time to understand each student’s learning style, break down challenging concepts, and provide clear, structured support. Her goal is to help students strengthen their academic skills while building the confidence and independence they need for long-term success.
