Caroline Marissa Sloss has dedicated her career to excellence in education, a pursuit shaped by both determination and experience. While studying at a prestigious liberal arts college, she discovered that her academic challenges were, in fact, a strength—allowing her to approach teaching in a way that is both goal-driven and empathetic to the fact that every student learns differently. She believes each learner’s path to success should be uniquely modeled to meet their individual needs.

Before entering the education field, Caroline worked as a studio manager for an influential international industrial design firm, at an award-winning architecture firm, and as an assistant to a high-profile family. These professional experiences honed her ability to build trust with a wide range of personalities, develop creative solutions, and support others in strengthening their executive functioning skills.

Caroline later earned her master’s degree in education and conducted field research in Denmark, Finland, and the United Kingdom—an experience that deepened her appreciation for global approaches to learning. After relocating to the Great Lakes region, she began working privately with high-achieving students from diverse backgrounds.

Caroline is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential through curiosity, structure, and collaboration, and she looks forward to working with each student she teaches.
