Ryan graduated from the University of California, San Diego with Provost Honors (Dean’s List). He brings several years of experience tutoring high school math, where he’s known for making concepts more approachable and engaging for his students.

What sets Ryan apart as a tutor is his strong ability to empathize with neurodivergent learners, helping them feel seen and supported while building effective academic strategies. He was inspired to become a tutor by his own high school math teacher and strives to recreate that same sense of connection and buy-in with his students.

Outside of tutoring, Ryan is an avid athlete and competitor. He’s recently been getting into spikeball and pickleball, but his main sports are basketball and soccer. When he's not on the court or field, you’ll likely find him deep into a video game or binging a great TV series.
