Megan McNeese is an experienced educator and Executive Functioning Coach with over a decade of dedication to helping students succeed in higher education. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Belmont University, graduating magna cum laude, and went on to complete her master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs at Baylor University with a 3.97 GPA. In addition to her academic achievements, Megan holds a certification in Learning Mindsets and Advising from the Motivate Lab, further strengthening her expertise in student success strategies.
Throughout her career, Megan has worked with college students from enrollment through graduation, empowering them to navigate academic and personal challenges while building confidence, resilience, and independence. Her work has centered on supporting first-generation and underrepresented students, as well as those balancing complex responsibilities outside the classroom.
She is especially passionate about helping students develop the skills and mindsets needed not only to thrive in school but to carry forward into lifelong learning. She is known for being both supportive and strategic, blending encouragement with practical tools to help students strengthen time management, organization, and problem-solving skills. She believes in meeting each student where they are and tailoring her coaching to their unique strengths, challenges, and goals.
