Intake & Assessment
The process starts with a detailed phone call with one of our enrollment coordinators. During this conversation, we learn about the individual's strengths, challenges, and goals. Next, an assessment coach meets directly with the student and their family to build a deeper understanding and lay the foundation for growth. This initial step helps us match each client with the right coach based on personality and needs.
Implementation
After the assessment, our Student Success team creates a personalized coaching plan. Weekly or biweekly sessions begin based on that plan, with the frequency and length shaped by what the evaluation reveals. Each session is designed to build real executive function skills and connect directly to the individual's academic, professional, or personal goals.
Ongoing Evaluation
The assigned coach works closely with the Student Success team to review progress on a regular basis.
