Stephanie D

Stephanie is the executive functioning program manager and a curriculum developer at The Ladder Method. With over 10 years of experience, she is our most senior academic and executive functioning coach. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults who have ADHD and executive functioning challenges in general.

Stephanie’s passion for helping others develop executive functioning skills began when she received coaching and support for her own ADHD at UCLA while earning her B.S. in psychobiology. She then went on to earn her M.A. in psychology with an emphasis on cognition. As someone with ADHD who has successfully navigated various academic and professional contexts, Stephanie can relate to and inspire clients whose learning styles don’t necessarily fit the mold. She encourages the individuals and families she works with to embrace differences and celebrate the personal victories that can be attained with the right skills and support.
