Are you wondering what you might do with your kids this summer? I wanted to give you a couple of quarantine ideas to keep them occupied since SUMMER CAMP may or may not be on?!

  1. Writing Workshops: Get your kids into a writing routine! We have a lot of budding writers at our company and helping them fine-tune those skills can be incredibly rewarding. If you want tips and ideas, give us a call or DM us, we have a writing workshop that I use to teach that is fun.

  2. Learn a New Language: I had the privilege of creating an Arabic course last year bespoke for one of our students who want to go into Field Service. Language classes are filled not just with drills and rote memorization.  They are gateways into new lands and new worlds filled with incredible exposure to culture.

  3. Virtual Summer School: Check in with your school for what can be made up this summer. A lot of students fell dramatically behind and as some of the orders change and morph, find out if you can get your kids back up to speed.

  4. Virtual Sports: Molly in our office was a professional volleyball player in Germany for years (after her American college), she teaches volleyball virtually to her girls.

  5. Virtual Singing Lessons: My young niece just converted her singing lessons to virtual--if you haven’t already done so--create something unique!

  6. Virtual Guitar/Instrument Lessons: One of our newest 7th graders just told us she is taking her guitar lessons mid-week as a great mid-week break!  This could be a great way to keep your kids entertained….

  7. Virtual Dance Lessons: You don’t need a professional dance school to put your kids in dance lessons--so many incredible teachers are teaching choreography on IG live.

  8. ACT / SAT Lessons: Sophomores, this is the summer to really put your heart into ACT / SAT lessons. If you haven’t already done so, begin in July/August so that you can use the time to prep for PSAT as well as the January SAT and the February ACT.

So start researching and then create a “SUMMER CAMP” schedule & routine. We are happy to help you with any part of this process...we have been doing enrichment since I started this company so happy to guide you in any way we can!
