Ladder Method Student Report Card and Results

About Our Beginning

Founder of The Ladder Method Candice Lapin

Our company began with our founder Candice Lapin. Years ago she built a reputation for taking the most academically challenged students and turning them around. She could also take the brightest children to a different level in their studies, helping them to accelerate their learning.

What was the secret to Candice’s success with students?

She wanted to impact as many students that came across she path. She wanted to teach skills that could help students navigate their life with more ease in and out of the classroom.

How could she bottle her Holistic process and approach to learning and life so parents knew they were getting the same edge even if they were not able to work with her directly? She understood that what was missing from learning, tutoring, and even coaching—a unified approach and mindset that was easiest for students to understand, internalize, and master.

The Ladder Method was born out of that very question. Although our program started with just 8-12 skills, our programs and curriculums now encompass over 35 skills that simplify routines, learning, and executive functioning tools.

Each one of our coaches, instructors, and tutors teaches you or your child the original core 8-12 tenets of Candice’s Ladder Method just as she would tailor to each individual situation.

Our clients and families get our best practices in a set of weekly appointments in the same style as Candice because each coach and instructor undergoes a rigorous training program before they are placed in the field.

Our story begins with a mission to help each person that works with us achieve their highest potential. We know that starts with us.

What is The Ladder Method?

It’s not just another learning company, we teach skills for life

The Ladder Method believes that any person can learn the critical executive functioning skills, social emotional skills and foundational habits to develop a success mindset. We use a multi-step approach teaching executive functioning skills, social emotional skills as well as behavior and habits. We work as a team, using our statistically proven approach to help people of all ages and all learning profiles navigate today’s modern digital learning landscape. Our staff of Coaches, Executive Functioning Coaches and Academic Instructors help you or your child reach their highest potential, gaining confidence while reducing the time spent on tasks or learning.

Our methods have expanded to help people thrive well beyond the classroom or the boardroom. Many families see the benefits to the eco-system of the entire family.

It is now the method used by countless students whether the student has learning differences, struggles with teacher-student conflict, experiences performance anxiety, or is trying to accelerate in the classroom.
