Our team-based model provides multiple layers of support that independent coaches simply cannot offer. You benefit from collective expertise, continuous oversight, and accountability systems that ensure consistent quality. If your coach is unavailable or if something isn't working, our administrative team can intervene immediately. You're also protected by our proprietary methodology, which has been refined over more than a decade and delivered consistent results for hundreds of clients. This infrastructure creates a safer, more reliable coaching experience.

You'll primarily communicate with your assigned coach for weekly sessions and skill development. However, you'll also have regular contact with our administrative team, including your initial consultation with our Client Services staff, periodic check-ins with our Program Managers, and ongoing support from our coordinators for scheduling and logistics. This multi-point communication ensures you always have someone to turn to with questions or concerns.

Our administrative team takes coach matching seriously, but we understand that sometimes relationships don't work as expected. If you feel your current match isn't ideal, simply reach out to our Director of Client Services or Program Manager. We'll discuss your concerns, understand what you need, and facilitate a transition to a different coach who better meets your requirements. This flexibility is one of the key benefits of our team-based approach.

Approximately 70% of our clients have ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, or other neurodivergent profiles. Our administrative team has extensive training and experience supporting diverse learning needs. We match clients with coaches who specialize in neurodivergent populations and ensure that strategies are adapted for different cognitive styles. Our team also coordinates with schools, therapists, and other professionals when appropriate to create comprehensive support systems.

Our team combines decades of experience in education, psychology, learning science, and client services. Every member is trained in our proprietary methodology and understands the research-backed strategies that drive successful executive function development. Our Founder and Chief Education Officer, Candice Lapin, personally oversees program quality and coach training.
